The terms that govern your use of TrendPulse.

These Terms of Service govern access to TrendPulse, including the website, dashboards, alerts, reports, APIs, and related services.
By creating an account or using TrendPulse, you agree to these Terms. You must be able to enter a binding contract and provide accurate account information; business users are responsible for ensuring their team members follow these Terms.
TrendPulse provides tools for monitoring public social activity, comparing momentum, tracking creators, and delivering configured alerts. Features, platform coverage, limits, and availability may change as source platforms and our product evolve.
You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential, limiting access to authorized users, and notifying us promptly of suspected compromise. Workspace administrators may manage seats, permissions, connected accounts, and billing for their organization.
You may not use TrendPulse to violate a platform's terms, access data without authorization, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer protected systems, transmit malware, or build a competing database from our outputs. We may suspend activity that creates security, legal, or operational risk.
You authorize TrendPulse to access connected accounts only as needed to provide the selected features. You must have permission to connect an account and remain responsible for complying with the applicable platform's policies.
Paid plans renew monthly or annually as shown at checkout unless canceled before the next billing date. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, and we may update pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply at the next renewal unless stated otherwise.
Trial or promotional access may have separate limits and can end at any time. You may cancel from account settings or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewal, while accrued charges and authorized use before the effective date remain due.
You retain rights to content, watchlists, reports, and materials you submit. You grant TrendPulse a limited license to host and process them to operate the service. Feedback may be used without restriction, provided it does not identify you without permission.
TrendPulse, its branding, software, models, interfaces, documentation, and underlying technology belong to TrendPulse or its licensors. These Terms grant access to the service, not ownership of any TrendPulse intellectual property.
Trend intelligence is directional and should support, not replace, professional judgment. The service is provided on an as-available basis, and we do not guarantee that every signal will be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular business decision.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrendPulse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. You agree to defend and indemnify TrendPulse from claims arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms when the service or law changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions may be sent to hello@trendpulse.app; disputes are governed by the laws applicable in California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
